Chief Economist of Switzerland’s largest bank specialized in online Forex trading to discuss Europe’s crisis in televised debate

 

Lausanne, Switzerland and St. Petersburg, Russia – 20 June, 2013 – MIG Bank today announced the participation of its Chief Economist, Dr. Luciano Jannelli, at the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum 2013.

 

Dr. Jannelli has been invited by Andrey Belousov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, to speak in a debate on the topic of EUROPEAN FISSURES: TAKING THE HARD DECISIONS TO END THE CRISIS. The debate, taking place on June 20 at 4:00 pm local time, will focus on the best ways to end the ongoing economic crisis in Europe and the associated consequences and costs.

Dr. Jannelli is responsible for delivering insight on financial markets, macro-economic trends and investment strategy to MIG Bank and its clients. An eminent economist with a PhD. in Economics from Columbia University, Dr. Jannelli began his career at the World Bank and has more than 20 years of senior research and management experience gained in Swiss private banks. At the SPIEF, Dr. Jannelli will also discuss geo-economic issues impacting how the EU is viewed as an economic counterpart.
